慢性糜烂性胃炎予以瑞巴派特联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗对患者MTL、GAS水平改善研究

摘要：目的 分析慢性糜烂性胃炎予以瑞巴派特联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗对患者MTL、GAS水平改善研究。方法 选择2024年1月-2025年1月我院收治慢性糜烂性胃炎患者100例，等比分配为对照组和观察组各50 例。对照组给予瑞巴派特治疗，观察组给予瑞巴派特联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗。对比两组患者消化功能和胃黏膜情况。结果 治疗后，两组患者MTL、GAS水平低于治疗前，且观察组的 MTL、GAS水平降低幅度大于对照组，P<0.05；治疗后，观察组PGE2 水平高于对照组，胃黏膜中性粒细胞浸润评分、胃黏膜单核细胞浸润评分低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 瑞巴派特联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎可以有效改善MTL、GAS水平。

A Study on the Improvement of MTL and GAS Levels in Patients with Chronic Erosive Gastritis Treated with Rebamipide Combined with Esomeprazole

Abstract： Objective To analyze the effects of Rebamipide combined with Esomeprazole in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis on the improvement of patients’ MTL and GAS levels.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic erosive gastritis admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and equally divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Rebamipide, while the observation group was treated with Rebamipide combined with Esomeprazole. The digestive function and gastric mucosa condition of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the MTL and GAS levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the reduction in MTL and GAS levels in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the PGE2 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the gastric mucosa neutrophil infiltration score and gastric mucosa monocyte infiltration score were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Rebamipide combined with Esomeprazole in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis can effectively improve MTL and GAS levels.
