“ 五维一体”：指向高效管理的中职班主任工作范式与实施举措

摘要：职业高中班主任工作面临学生行为失范、家校沟通不畅及新媒体冲击等多重现实困境，探索行之有效的班级管理模式以提升学生自律性成为职教德育的关键课题。本文基于一线教育管理实践，构建并阐述了“五维一体”班级管理模式，即以爱心为本构筑信任师生关系，以纪律为纲建立健全制度体系，以目标为引激发个体内在动力，以合作为桥强化家校共育机制，以反思为镜促进教师专业发展。本研究详细论述了该模式的内涵及其在建章立制、优课激趣、赋能自管、树立榜样、联动家长等五大实践路径中的具体应用。实践表明，该模式能有效提升中职生的自我管理能力与集体归属感，显著改善班级治理效能，为破解中职德育困境、实现学生全面发展提供了具有可操作性的理论框架与实践方案。

Abstract：The work of class teachers in vocational high schools faces multiple practical difficulties such as student behavior misconduct, poor communication between home and school, and the impact of new media. Exploring effective class management models to enhance students' self-discipline has become a key issue in vocational education and moral education. This article is based on the practice of frontline education management, and constructs and elaborates on the "Five Dimensional Integrated" class management model, which is based on love to build a trusting teacher-student relationship, establish a sound institutional system with discipline as the key, stimulate individual internal motivation with goals as the guide, strengthen the family school co education mechanism with cooperation as the bridge, and promote teacher professional development with reflection as the mirror. This study elaborates on the connotation of this model and its specific applications in five practical paths, including establishing regulations and systems, promoting interest in excellent courses, empowering self-management, setting an example, and collaborating with parents. Practice has shown that this model can effectively enhance the self-management ability and collective sense of belonging of vocational school students, significantly improve the effectiveness of class governance, and provide an operable theoretical framework and practical plan for solving the moral education dilemma in vocational schools and achieving comprehensive development of students.
