陶行知民主自治管理思想在中职班级管理中的应用探析

摘要：陶行知先生的民主自治管理思想以“学生自治”为核心，倡导学生在集体生活中通过自我管理实现人格成长与能力发展。本文立足中职教育实际，探讨该思想在班级管理中的具体应用策略，包括：通过共建方式确立班级管理目标，以民主选举组建班委会并构建分工明确的自治小组，引导学生共同制定班级制度规范，以及通过主题活动与评价反馈机制落实自治细节。实践表明，这些策略能有效激发学生的主体意识，提升其自觉、自律、自省与自立能力，促进班级管理从“外在约束”向“内在共建”转变。

Exploration of the Application of Tao Xingzhi's Democratic Self-Governance Management Thought in the Class Management of Secondary Vocational

Abstract：Mr. Tao Xingzhi's democratic self-governance management thought is centered on "student autonomy", advocating students achieve personality growth and ability development through self-management in collective life. Based on the actual situation of secondary vocational education, this article explores specific application strategies of this thought in management, including: establishing class management goals through co-construction, setting up a class committee and constructing self-governance groups with clear division of labor through democratic elections, guiding to formulate class rules and regulations together, and implementing autonomous details through thematic activities and an evaluation feedback mechanism. Practice shows that these strategies can effectively stimulate students'subjective consciousness enhance their conscious, self-disciplined, self-examining and self-reliant abilities, and promote the transformation of class management from "external constraints" to "internal-construction".
