“ 三全育人” 视域下高校课程思政与日常思想政治教育的协同机制研究

摘要：在“三全育人”（全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人）综合改革不断深化的时代背景下，如何推动高校课程思政与日常思想政治教育两大育人体系从“各自为战”走向“系统协同”，已成为提升立德树人实效的关键课题。本文基于“三全育人”的整体性、系统性理念，深入剖析当前高校课程思政与日常思想政治教育在实践中存在的目标分离、主体隔阂、过程脱节、资源分散等现实困境。进而，从目标协同、主体协同、过程协同、资源协同、评价协同五个维度，系统构建二者深度融合的协同机制模型。最后，提出以强化顶层设计、搭建协同平台、健全制度保障为核心的实践路径，旨在为构建一体化、立体化、贯通式的思想政治教育工作新格局提供理论参考与实践指引。

Research on the Synergistic Mechanism between Ideological and Political Education in University Courses and Daily Ideological and Political Education from the Perspective of "Holistic Education"

Abstract：In the era of continuously deepening comprehensive reforms under the "Three-Whole Education" (whole-staff education, whole-process education, and all-round education) framework, how to promote the transition of the two major educational systems in universities, namely ideological and political education in courses and daily ideological and political education, from "operating independently" to "systemic collaboration" has become a key issue in enhancing the effectiveness of moral education and talent cultivation. Based on the holistic and systematic concept of "Three-Whole Education", this paper deeply analyzes the practical dilemmas faced by ideological and political education in courses and daily ideological and political education in universities, such as goal separation, subject isolation, process disconnection, and resource dispersion. Furthermore, from the five dimensions of goal collaboration, subject collaboration, process collaboration, resource collaboration, and evaluation collaboration, a collaborative mechanism model for the deep integration of the two is systematically constructed. Finally, a practical path centered on strengthening top-level design, building a collaborative platform, and improving institutional guarantees is proposed, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for constructing a new pattern of integrated, three-dimensional, and coherent ideological and political education work.
