摘要：学生干部队伍是高校学生管理工作的重要组成部分，是联系学校与学生的桥梁和纽带。在新时代背景下，高校学生管理工作面临着新的挑战和机遇，如何创新学生干部队伍建设，提升学生干部队伍的整体素质和服务能力，成为高校学生管理工作的重要课题。本研究旨在探讨当前高校学生干部队伍建设中存在的问题与挑战，并提出相应的创新策略，以期为高校学生管理工作提供有益的参考。

Abstract：The student cadre team is a crucial component of university student management, serving as a bridge and link betweenthe institution and its students. In the context of the new era, university student management faces new challenges andopportunities. How to innovate the development of student cadre teams and enhance their overall quality and service capabilitieshas become a key issue in university student management. This study aims to explore the existing problems and challenges in thecurrent development of student cadre teams and propose corresponding innovative strategies, with the goal of providing valuableinsights for university student management.
