高校学生管理契约化视角下管理者的角色转换

摘要：随着高等教育大众化的深入发展，高校学生管理面临着日益复杂和多元的挑战。传统的行政管理模式已难以适应新时代学生的需求和发展。契约化管理作为一种新型管理理念和实践，逐渐被引入高校学生管理领域。本研究以契约化视角为切入点，深入探讨高校学生管理中管理者角色的转换问题。通过对契约化管理理论的梳理，分析高校学生管理契约化实践的现状，剖析管理者在契约关系中的角色定位，并提出相应的角色转换策略。研究旨在为高校学生管理提供新的理论视角和实践指导，促进学生管理工作更加科学化、规范化和人性化，从而提升学生管理水平和育人质量。

Abstract：With the deepening development of higher education popularization, the management of college students is facingincreasingly complex and diverse challenges. The traditional administrative management model has become difficult to adapt tothe needs and development of students in the new era. As a new management concept and practice, contract-based managementis gradually being introduced into the field of college student management. This study takes the perspective of contract-basedmanagement as the starting point, deeply exploring the transformation of the role of managers in college student management.By sorting out the theory of contract-based management, analyzing the current situation of contract-based practice in college studentmanagement, dissecting the role positioning of managers in the contractual relationship, and proposing corresponding roletransformation strategies, the research aims to provide new theoretical perspectives and practical guidance for college studentmanagement, promote more scientific, standardized, and humane student management work, and thereby enhance the level ofstudent management and the quality of education.
