职业规划能力提升的INTERACT模型构建研究

摘要：职业规划能力是个人职业生涯发展的关键要素，直接影响着个人的职业满意度、成就感和整体幸福感。然而，传统的职业规划教育往往侧重于理论知识的传授，缺乏实践性和个性化指导，难以有效提升个体的职业规划能力。本研究旨在构建一个基于INTERACT 模型的职业规划能力提升体系，该模型整合了Identify（识别）、Navigate（导航）、Target（目标）、Execute（执行）、Reflect（反思）、Adapt（适应）、Collaborate ( 合作)、Transform（转型）八个核心要素，旨在提供一个全面、系统、动态的职业规划能力提升框架。本研究首先回顾了国内外职业规划理论和实践的现状，分析了现有模型的局限性。然后，详细阐述了INTERACT 模型的各个要素，并探讨了它们之间的相互关系和作用机制。此外，本研究还探讨了如何将INTERACT 模型应用于不同职业阶段和不同人群的职业规划指导中。最后，本研究提出了未来研究方向，包括模型的验证和优化、个性化职业规划工具的开发等。本研究的成果将为职业规划教育者、职业咨询师以及个体职业发展提供有益的参考，有助于提升职业规划的有效性和针对性，促进个体职业生涯的可持续发展。

Abstract：Career planning ability is a crucial element in personal career development, directly impacting an individual’sjob satisfaction, sense of achievement, and overall happiness. However, traditional career planning education often focuseson imparting theoretical knowledge, lacking practicality and personalized guidance, making it difficult to effectively enhanceindividuals’ career planning abilities. This study aims to construct a career planning ability improvement system based on theINTERACT model, which integrates eight core elements: Identify, Navigate, Target, Execute, Reflect, Adapt, Collaborate, andTransform. The goal is to provide a comprehensive, systematic, and dynamic framework for enhancing career planning abilities.This study first reviews the current status of career planning theories and practices both domestically and internationally, andanalyzes the limitations of existing models. Then, it elaborates on the various elements of the INTERACT model and explorestheir interrelationships and mechanisms of action. In addition, this study also discusses how to apply the INTERACT model tocareer planning guidance for different career stages and different groups of people. Finally, this study proposes future researchdirections, including the validation and optimization of the model, and the development of personalized career planning tools.The findings of this study will provide valuable references for career planning educators, career counselors, and individual careerdevelopment, helping to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of career planning and promote the sustainable development ofindividual careers.
