高校学生管理契约化视角下管理者的角色转换

摘要：本文以契约化管理为视角，探讨了高校学生管理中管理者角色的转变。传统学生管理模式存在行政化色彩浓厚、家长式管理以及重管理轻服务等弊端，难以适应新时代学生发展的需求。契约化管理强调平等、责任与义务，有助于构建新型师生关系。本文分析了在契约化视角下，学生管理者应从“管理者”转变为“服务者”，从“命令者”转变为“引导者”，从“控制者”转变为“协调者”，从“事后处理者”转变为“风险管理者”。最后，本文探讨了角色转换过程中面临的观念、能力和制度等挑战，并提出了相应的应对策略。

Abstract：This article explores the transformation of the role of managers in college student management from the perspectiveof contractual management. The traditional student management model has drawbacks such as a strong administrative color, parentalstyle management, and a focus on management over service, making it difficult to meet the needs of student developmentin the new era. Contractual management emphasizes equality, responsibility, and obligation, which helps to build a new type ofteacher-student relationship. This article analyzes that from the perspective of contractualization, student managers should transformfrom“ managers” to“ service providers”, from“ commanders” to“ guides”, from“ controllers” to“ coordinators”, andfrom“ post event handlers” to“ risk managers”. Finally, this article explores the challenges faced in the process of role transition,including concepts, abilities, and systems, and proposes corresponding coping strategies.
