“理论+实践+文化”三维协同：财经专业廉洁素养培育机制创新

摘要：财经行业的廉洁生态直接关系经济社会高质量发展，职业教育作为财经人才供给的主渠道，其廉洁素养培育质量至关重要。当前高职财经专业廉洁教育存在理论脱离实践、文化浸润不足、协同机制缺失等突出问题。基于“三全育人”理念与协同治理理论，构建“理论筑基—实践淬炼—文化浸润”三维协同培育机制，通过课程体系重构、实践平台共建、文化生态营造，实现廉洁认知、廉洁能力与廉洁品格的一体化培育。以多所高职财经院校实证研究为基础，提出“课程融合、产教协同、评价引领、保障支撑”的实施路径，为职业教育财经专业廉洁素养培育提供理论参考与实践范式。

“Theory + Practice + Culture” Three-Dimensional Collaboration: Innovation of Integrity Literacy Cultivation Mechanism for Finance and Economics Majors

Abstract：The integrity ecology of the finance and economics industry is directly related to the high-quality development of theeconomy and society. As the main channel for supplying finance and economics talents, vocational education plays a crucial rolein the quality of integrity literacy cultivation. Currently, integrity education for finance and economics majors in higher vocationalcolleges faces prominent problems such as the disconnection between theory and practice, insufficient cultural infiltration, andthe lack of a collaborative mechanism. Based on the concept of“ Three-All Education” (full-staff, whole-process, and all-roundeducation) and the theory of collaborative governance, this paper constructs a three-dimensional collaborative cultivation mechanismof “theory as the foundation, practice as the tempering, and culture as the infiltration”. Through the reconstruction ofcurriculum systems, the joint construction of practical platforms, and the creation of cultural ecosystems, it realizes the integratedcultivation of integrity cognition, integrity ability, and integrity character. Based on empirical research from multiple highervocational colleges with finance and economics majors, this paper proposes the implementation paths of“ curriculum integration,industry-education collaboration, evaluation guidance, and guarantee support”, providing theoretical reference and practicalparadigms for the cultivation of integrity literacy in finance and economics majors in vocational education.
