空间重构· 角色体验· 责任嵌入——“轮换制”赋能中职班级内生发展的路径研究

摘要：本研究旨在探讨“轮换制”管理模式对激发中职班级内生发展动力的效能与路径。基于主体性教育和赋权理论，研究构建了以“空间轮换（座位）、角色轮换（班长）、责任轮换（卫生）”为核心的三位一体干预策略，并采用教育行动研究法，在一中职学校一年级班级进行了一学期的实践。通过观察、访谈及反思发现，该模式通过创设公平环境、提供体验平台和强化责任承诺，有效促进了学生从被动“管理客体”向主动“行动主体”的身份转变，实现了班级秩序的内生性维系与学生综合素养的协同发展。

Spatial Reconstruction, Role Experience,and Responsibility Embedding ——A Study on the Path of "Rotation System" Empowering Endogenous Development in Vocational Secondary School Classes

Abstract：This study aims to explore the effectiveness and pathways of the "rotation system" management model in stimulatingthe endogenous development of vocational secondary school classes. Based on theories of subjective education and empowerment,the research constructs a tripartite intervention strategy centered on "spatial rotation (seating), role rotation (class monitor),and responsibility rotation (sanitation)". Employing educational action research methods, a one-semester practice was conductedin a first-year class at a vocational secondary school. Through observation, interviews, and reflection, it was found that this modeleffectively promotes the transformation of students from passive "managed objects" to active "acting subjects" by creating afair environment, providing experiential platforms, and strengthening responsibility commitments. This approach facilitates theendogenous maintenance of class order and the collaborative development of students' comprehensive competencies.
