建构以专业实践能力为核心的职高课程体系

摘要：职业高中（以下简称职高）课程体系是培养高素质技术技能人才的关键。然而，我国职高课程体系在课程目标、内容、教学方法和评价体系等方面存在与社会需求脱节、内容陈旧、实践教学不足等问题。本文以专业实践能力为核心，分析了建构以专业实践能力为核心的职高课程体系的必要性，提出了明确课程目标、优化课程内容、创新教学方法、完善评价体系、加强校企合作等构建策略，并从师资队伍建设、政策支持体系和质量监控等方面提出了实施保障。旨在为提升职高学生的就业竞争力，促进职业教育高质量发展提供理论参考和实践指导。

Abstract：The curriculum system of vocational high schools (hereinafter referred to as vocational high schools) is crucial forcultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. However, the curriculum system of vocational high schools in China facesissues such as disconnection from social needs, outdated content, and insufficient practical teaching in terms of curriculum objectives,content, teaching methods, and evaluation systems. This paper, with professional practical ability as the core, analyzesthe necessity of constructing a vocational high school curriculum system centered on professional practical ability. It proposesconstruction strategies such as clarifying curriculum objectives, optimizing curriculum content, innovating teaching methods,improving evaluation systems, and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation. Furthermore, it puts forward implementationguarantees from aspects such as teacher team building, policy support system, and quality monitoring. The aim is to provide theoreticalreference and practical guidance for enhancing the employment competitiveness of vocational high school students andpromoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
