体育跨学科教学：价值意蕴、现状审视与对策探究

摘要：文章分析了跨学科教学在体育教育中的重要意义，强调其对学生综合素质、创新能力和未来发展的深远影响。通过打破学科界限，跨学科教学促进了知识的交融与整合，强化了实践环节，激发了学生的学习兴趣，并促进了学生的全面发展。针对体育跨学科教学面临的教师跨学科知识和教学能力限制、教学资源不足、学生认知水平挑战以及教学设计创新需求等多重问题，文章提出了优化跨学科活动设计、构建跨学科合作机制以及实施跨学科教学评价等对策。

Interdisciplinary Teaching in Physical Education: ValueImplications, Current Situation Examination, and Countermeasure Exploration

Abstract： This article analyzes the significant importance of interdisciplinary teaching in physical education, emphasizingits profound impact on students’ comprehensive qualities, innovative abilities, and future development.By breakingdown disciplinary boundaries, interdisciplinary teaching promotes the integration and blending of knowledge, strengthenspractical aspects, stimulates students’ interest in learning, and fosters their holistic development. In response to the multiplechallenges faced by interdisciplinary teaching in physical education—such as limitations in teachers’ interdisciplinaryknowledge and teaching abilities,insufficient teaching resources,challenges related to students’ cognitive levels, and the needfor innovative instructional design—this article proposes countermeasures, including optimizing interdisciplinary activitydesign, establishing interdisciplinary collaboration mechanisms, and implementing interdisciplinary teaching evaluations.
