三层进阶：中职幼儿保育专业理论课单元线上作业设计与实施

摘要：本研究聚焦中职幼儿保育专业理论教学，基于最近发展区理论和学生个体差异，构建“基础——提高——拓展”三层次线上作业设计模式。以“学前儿童意外事故的急救和预防”单元为例，运用UMU 平台实施无纸化作业管理，基础层面向全体巩固核心素养，提高层通过小组情景模拟培养协作能力，拓展层依托幼儿园职业体验促进知识迁移。该模式有效对接课岗赛证融通改革，满足个性化学习需求，践行绿色教学理念，为培养高素质保育人才提供新路径。

Abstract： This study focuses on theoretical teaching in the early childhood care and education major in secondary vocationalschools. Based on the theory of the zone of proximal development and individual differences among students, a three-tier onlinehomework design model of“ foundation - improvement - expansion” is constructed. Taking the unit of“ first aid and preventionof accidents in preschool children” as an example, paperless homework management is implemented using the UMU platform.The foundation tier consolidates core competencies for all students, the improvement tier cultivates collaboration skills throughgroup scenario simulations, and the expansion tier promotes knowledge transfer through professional experience in kindergartens.This model effectively aligns with the reform of integrating curriculum, job, competition, and certification, meets personalizedlearning needs, embodies the concept of green teaching, and provides a new path for cultivating high-quality caregivingtalents.
