翻转课堂模式下学生自主学习能力培养的心理机制研究

摘要：翻转课堂作为一种颠覆性的教学模式，通过“课前自主学习+ 课中互动探究”的核心架构，重构了教与学的时空关系，为学生自主学习能力的培养提供了优质载体。本文基于建构主义学习理论、自我决定理论和元认知理论，系统探讨翻转课堂模式下学生自主学习能力培养的心理机制，重点分析动机激发、元认知发展、认知负荷调控三大核心心理路径，并结合教学实践提出针对性的优化策略，旨在为翻转课堂的有效实施和学生自主学习能力的提升提供理论支撑与实践指导。

Abstract：Flipped classroom, as a disruptive teaching model, reconstructs the spatiotemporal relationship between teachingand learning through the core architecture of “pre class self-directed learning+in class interactive exploration”, providing ahigh-quality carrier for the cultivation of students’ self-directed learning ability. This article is based on constructivist learningtheory, self-determination theory, and metacognitive theory, systematically exploring the psychological mechanism of cultivatingstudents’ autonomous learning ability in the flipped classroom model. It focuses on analyzing the three core psychological pathsof motivation stimulation, metacognitive development, and cognitive load regulation, and proposes targeted optimization strategiesin combination with teaching practice, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the effective implementationof flipped classroom and the improvement of students’ autonomous learning ability.
