HAPA理论护理干预在靶向结合化疗乳腺癌患者中的作用

摘要：目的 分析在靶向结合化疗乳腺癌患者护理中，实施健康行动过程取向（HAPA）理论护理干预的影响。方法 选择2024.3-2025.3 本院60 例靶向结合化疗乳腺癌患者，应用随机数字表将其分为两组，对照组（n=30）常规护理、观察组（n=30）增加HAPA 理论护理；比较两组心境状态（POMS-SF）、癌因性疲乏（CFS）、治疗依从性。结果 观察组POMS-SF、CFS 低于对照组，治疗依从性高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 针对靶向结合化疗乳腺癌患者，行HAPA 理论护理可改善其心理状态与疲乏程度，提高治疗依从性，具有较高实施价值。

The Role of HAPA-Theory-Based Nursing Intervention in Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Targeted Therapy Combined with Chemotherapy

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on the Health Action Process Approach (HAPA) theory in the nursing care of breast cancer patients undergoing targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy. Methods A total of 60 breast cancer patients who received targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected. They were divided into two groups using a random number table: the control group (n=30) received routine nursing, and the observation group (n=30) received additional HAPA-theory-based nursing. The mood state (assessed by POMSSF), cancer-related fatigue (CFS), and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of POMS-SF and CFS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the treatment compliance was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For breast cancer patients undergoing targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy, HAPA-theory-based nursing can improve their psychological state and reduce fatigue, as well as enhance treatment compliance, which has high implementation value.
