Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of a three period nursing model in the perioperative period of elderly patients with fragility fractures. Methods Study period: January 2024 June 2025, reference subjects: 100 elderly patients with fragility fractures. After grouping as needed, the final results showed that the guidance for this operation was based on the double chromosphere method for the control group and the experimental group; The control group received routine perioperative nursing interventions, while the experimental group received a three-stage nursing model to explore the effects of the two interventions. Results The VAS score of the experimental group decreased significantly after surgery, with a comparison of PConclusion The threestage nursing model effectively reduces the postoperative risk of elderly patients with fragility fractures, promotes functional recovery, and improves nursing satisfaction by optimizing perioperative management strategies.
