综合干预联合认知行为疗法在甲状腺癌术后护理中的应用

摘要：目的 探讨综合干预联合认知行为疗法在甲状腺癌术后护理中的应用效果，并比较其与常规护理模式的差异。方法 选取 2022 年 1 月至 2024 年 12 月期间医院收治的甲状腺癌术后患者 115 例，按照护理方式不同分为联合组与对照组。联合组在常规护理的基础上实施综合干预并配合认知行为疗法，对照组仅给予常规护理。比较两组患者的心理状态评分、并发症发生率、生活质量量表及随访复诊依从性等指标。结果 联合组在缓解负性情绪、提高生活质量、降低术后并发症发生率及增强依从性方面均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 综合干预联合认知行为疗法能够有效促进甲状腺癌术后患者的身心康复，改善护理效果并降低复发风险，值得在临床推广应用。

Comprehensive Intervention Combined with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in the Post-Operation Care of Thyroid Cancer

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive intervention combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in postoperative care for thyroid cancer patients, and to compare its effectiveness with conventional nursing models. Methods A total of 115 postoperative thyroid cancer patients admitted to the hospital between January 2022 and December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups based on nursing approaches: the combined group received comprehensive interventions combined with cognitive behavioral therapy, while the control group received only conventional care. The two groups were compared in psychological state scores, complication incidence rates, quality of life scales, and follow-up compliance. Results The combined group demonstrated statistically significant advantages over the control group in alleviating negative emotions, improving quality of life, reducing postoperative complication rates, and enhancing compliance (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive intervention combined with cognitive behavioral therapy effectively promotes physical and mental rehabilitation in postoperative thyroid cancer patients, improves nursing outcomes, and reduces recurrence risks, making it clinically applicable for promotion and application.
