Abstract:Parkinson's disease (PD), characterized by substantia nigra dopaminergic neuron degeneration with incompletely defined pathogenesis, relies primarily on dopaminergic pharmacotherapy. Accelerated global aging drives rising PD prevalence, intensifying physical decline and familial care burdens. Evidence-based multidimensional home care effectively slows progression and improves quality of life. This work establishes a comprehensive PD home care framework integrating precision medication management, anti-inflammatory/antioxidant dietary protocols, progressive rehabilitation targeting balance/gait, empathy-driven psychological support, and optimized environmental safety. The framework delivers implementable solutions to delay progression, sustain functional independence, and maximize healthcare resource efficiency.
