中医特色护理在肺癌患者外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)相关血流感染的应用

摘要：目的 观察中医特色护理在肺癌患者外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)相关血流感染的应用效果。方法 选取我院肺癌患者110 例（2023 年2 月至2024 年12 月），随机分为中医特色护理的观察组（55 例）与常规护理的对照组（55 例）。结果 与对照组相比，观察组导管相关血流感染发生率低，置管时间短，舒适度评分高，自我护理能力评分高，生活质量评分高，满意度评分高，P＜0.05。结论中医特色护理应用于肺癌患者PICC 中能降低导管相关血流感染发生率，缩短置管时间，促进舒适度、自我护理能力及生活质量提升，获得较高的满意度，值得借鉴。

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-oriented nursing in peripheral venous catheterization for central venous catheter placement (PICC) in lung cancer patients

Abstract: Objective To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristic nursing on peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC)-related bloodstream infections in lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 110 lung cancer patients (from February 2023 to December 2024) in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (55 cases) receiving TCM-characteristic nursing and a control group (55 cases) receiving routine nursing. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a lower incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infections, shorter catheter indwelling time, higher comfort scores, higher self-care ability scores, higher quality of life scores, and higher satisfaction scores, with P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of TCM-characteristic nursing in PICC for lung cancer patients can reduce the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infections, shorten catheter indwelling time, improve comfort, self-care ability, and quality of life, and achieve higher satisfaction. It is worthy of reference.
