科技创新赋能视角下北海海鸭蛋全产业链升级路径研究

摘要：海鸭蛋作为广西北海代表性地理标志农产品，逐步成长为区域海洋特色农业的核心支柱。本文从科技创新视角出发，系统阐述北海海鸭蛋产业发展现状，逐层剖析全产业链各环节现存短板，并从养殖端、加工端、流通端、制度保障端提出对应的优化升级策略，以此强化科技赋能效能，完善全产业链运行体系，推动北海海鸭蛋产业提质增效，为地方特色农业现代化发展提供参考。

Abstract：As a geographic indication agricultural product of Beihai, Guangxi, sea duck eggs are a key local marine agricultural industry. From technological innovation perspective, this paper analyzes its industrial status and whole-industry-chain flaws, and puts forward upgrading strategies for breeding, processing, circulation and institutional support. It strengthens technological empowerment, optimizes industrial chains, improves industry quality and efficiency, and offers references for modern local characteristic agriculture.
