简析基层动物防疫监督工作存在问题及对策

摘要：随着改革开放的不断深入，地区与地区间的家畜及畜产品交易和流通不断频繁，导致基层动物防疫监督工作压力加大 ;由于基层动物防疫监督工作存在人力资源不足、经费投入不够、技术手段滞后等突出问题。这些问题致使第一线上的动物防疫监督不全面，群众财产安全和身体健康受到严重威胁。为在新形势下进一步做好动物防疫监督工作，保障广大群众的财产安全和身体健康，对我县动物防疫监督工作中存在的有关问题和建议措施作简单分析。

Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures in Primary-Level Animal Epidemic Prevention and Supervision

Abstract： With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the trading and circulation of livestock and livestock products between regions have become increasingly frequent, leading to increased pressure on grassroots animal epidemic prevention supervision work; Due to prominent issues such as insufficient human resources, inadequate funding, and outdated technical means in grassroots animal epidemic prevention supervision work. These issues have led to incomplete animal epidemic prevention supervision on the first line, posing a serious threat to the safety of people’s property and physical health. In order to further improve the supervision of animal epidemic prevention in the new situation, ensure the property safety and physical health of the general public, this article briefly analyzes the relevant problems and suggested measures in the supervision of animal epidemic prevention in our county.
