塞罕坝生态文明建设经验对农业可持续发展的启示

摘要：塞罕坝生态文明建设经验能给农业可持续发展提供参考，核心是二者同属生态文明建设与农业现代化融合的发展范畴。我国农业可持续发展现面临资源约束趋紧、生态系统退化、面源污染加剧等突出问题，传统高投入、高消耗的农业生产模式已无法持续，要从系统性生态治理实践里借鉴可行方法。本文选取塞罕坝从荒漠转变为林海的生态修复历程作为研究起点，梳理其坚持科学规划、系统治理、久久为功的核心经验，探讨这些经验在农业领域的转化路径。

Abstract：the experience of Saihanba ecological civilization construction can provide reference for the sustainable development of agriculture. The core is that both belong to the development category of the integration of ecological civilization construction and agricultural modernization. The sustainable development of agriculture in China is now facing such prominent problems as tight resource constraints, ecosystem degradation, and intensified non-point source pollution. The traditional agricultural production mode of high input and high consumption has been unsustainable. We should learn from the practice of systematic ecological governance. This paper selects the ecological restoration process of Saihanba from desert to forest sea as the research starting point, sorts out its core experience of adhering to scientific planning, systematic governance and long-term service, and discusses the transformation path of these experiences in the field of agriculture.
