摘要：全球人口增多，城市化脚步加快，农业土地资源的承载压力比较大，粗放利用、结构失衡、生态退化等问题逐渐显现，让农业可持续发展受到制约。实现农业土地资源的集约利用与长期可持续性，是土地资源管理领域需要回应的核心议题。本文重点梳理农业土地资源集约利用与可持续发展的内在逻辑，构建一套兼顾效率提升与生态保护的分析框架，弥补现有研究在集约度评价标准与可持续路径衔接方面的不足。

Abstract：The global population is increasing, the pace of urbanization is accelerating, the bearing pressure of agricultural land resources is relatively large, and the problems of extensive utilization, structural imbalance, ecological degradation are gradually emerging, which restricts the sustainable development of agriculture. Realizing the intensive use and long-term sustainability of agricultural land resources is the core issue in the field of land resource management. This paper focuses on combing the internal logic of the intensive use of agricultural land resources and sustainable development, and constructs a set of analysis framework that takes into account efficiency improvement and ecological protection, to make up for the deficiency of the existing research in the connection between the intensive evaluation criteria and the sustainable path.
