浅谈XX项目驻场设计代表及项目管理

摘要：本文基于笔者参与某国XX 项目工程实例，简述了该工程驻场设计代表和项目管理工作的主要职责与实施要点。结合项目实际，分析驻场设计代表在设计成果移交、深化图纸审批等方面，以及监理工程师在安全、质量和进度管控方面的关键作用，探究项目管理单位在复杂国际工程背景下，如何通过科学管理机制和专业服务保障推进项目开展。

A Brief Discussion on the Resident Design Representative and Project Management of XX Project

Abstract: Based on the author's participation in a XX project in a certain country, this article briefly describes the main responsibilities and implementation points of the on-site design representative and project management work of the project. Based on the actual situation of the project, it analyzes the critical role of the on-site design representative in the handover of design deliverables and the review of shop drawings, as well as the role of supervision consultant engineers in controlling safety, quality, and schedule, and explore how project management party can promote project development through scientific management mechanisms and professional service guarantees in the complex international engineering background.
