基于岗位需求的管理类专业PBL教学模块重构研究

摘要：本文以管理类专业为研究样本，梳理出PBL教学模块在内容、项目、考核、协同方面与岗位需求的适配痛点，剖析其源于需求调研缺失、教师实践经验不足、考核导向偏差、校企协同薄弱的深层成因。随后，从岗位能力调研、企业项目引入、双维考核构建、校企机制建立维度，提出PBL教学模块重构路径，旨在提升管理类专业教学与岗位需求的契合度，增强学生岗位胜任力，为职业教育管理类专业教学改革提供实践参考。

Research on the Reconstruction of PBL Teaching Module for Management Majors Based on Job Requirements

Abstract：This article takes management majors as research samples to identify pain points in the adaptation of PBL teaching modules to job requirements in terms of content, projects, assessment, and collaboration. It analyzes the underlying causes of these issues, including the lack of demand research, insufficient practical experience of teachers, deviation in assessment
orien-tation, and weak collaboration between schools and enterprises. Subsequently, from the dimensions of job capability
research, introduction of enterprise projects, construction of dual dimensional assessment, and establishment of school
enterprise mecha-nisms, a path for reconstructing the PBL teaching module was proposed, aiming to improve the fit between
management related professional teaching and job requirements, enhance students’ job competence, and provide practical
reference for the teaching reform of vocational education management related majors.
