湖北应用型高校生涯教育体系的构建与实施路径探索——基于产教融合的视角

摘要：应用型高校是培养创新技术型人才的重要阵地。湖北省应用型高校在转型发展过程中，生涯教育需要不断探索且构建深度融合产业发展需求的生涯教育新体系。研究综合理论分析、政策文本与实践调研，提出以“产教融合”为主线贯穿人才培养全过程，实施设计“认知－实训－研发－创业”四阶实践路径，组建辅导员、专业教师与产业导师协同的导学团队以及建立注重产业贡献、创新潜能与生涯适应力的评价体系。理论体系旨在推动生涯教育从就业指导转向产业生涯发展赋能，为湖北培养高质量应用型人才提供支撑。

Construction and Implementation Path Exploration of Career Education System in Applied Universities in Hubei Province— From the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract：Application oriented universities are important platforms for cultivating innovative and technical talents. In the process of transformation and development, applied universities in Hubei Province need to continuously explore and construct a new system of career education that deeply integrates the needs of industrial development. Through comprehensive theoretical analysis, policy texts, and practical research, it is proposed to use the integration of industry and education as the main thread throughout the entire process of talent cultivation. A four step practical path of“ cognition training research and development entrepreneurship” will be designed, and a collaborative guidance team consisting of counselors, professional teachers, and industry mentors will be established. An evaluation system that focuses on industry contribution, innovation potential, and career adaptability will also be established. The theoretical system aims to promote career education from employment guidance to empowering industrial career development, providing support for Hubei to cultivate high-quality applied talents.
