从“管理”到“赋能”：数字时代高职院校学生工作路径的范式重构与创新实践

摘要：面对产业结构深度调整、数字技术深刻变革以及新时代青年群体特征的新变化，传统高职院校学生管理工作在理念、机制、方法上面临系统性挑战。本文旨在探讨高职院校学生管理工作路径的创新转型，提出从以“约束与控制”为核心的传统管理范式，向以“成长赋能与价值引领”为核心的现代治理范式转变。研究认为，创新路径需以学生全面发展为中心，融合数字技术赋能、家校社协同、个性化支持与生涯全程导航等要素，构建“三全育人”新格局，旨在提升高职人才培养质量，增强其社会适应力与可持续发展能力。

Reconstruction and Innovative Practice of Student Work Path in Vocational Colleges in the Digital Age

Abstract：Faced with the deep adjustment of industrial structure, profound changes in digital technology, and new changes in the characteristics of the youth group in the new era, traditional vocational college student management faces systematic challenges in terms of concepts, mechanisms, and methods.This article aims to explore the innovative transformation of the management path for vocational college students, proposing a shift from the traditional management paradigm centered on“ constraints and control” to a modern governance paradigm centered on“ growth empowerment and value guidance”.Research suggests that the innovation path needs to be centered on the comprehensive development of students, integrating elements such as digital technology empowerment, home school community collaboration, personalized support, and career navigation, to construct a new pattern of“ three pronged education” aimed at improving the quality of vocational talent cultivation, enhancing their social adaptability and sustainable development capabilities.
