大学生社交焦虑与同伴支持的相关性：人际交往能力的调节效应

摘要：本研究聚焦大学生社交焦虑与同伴支持的相关性，探讨人际交往能力在其中的调节效应。通过问卷调查法收集数据，对660名大学生的社交焦虑水平、同伴支持程度及人际交往能力进行测量。研究发现，社交焦虑与同伴支持呈显著负相关，人际交往能力在两者关系中起调节作用。高人际交往能力者，同伴支持对社交焦虑的缓解作用更显著。研究结果为高校心理健康教育提供理论依据，有助于制定针对性干预策略，提升大学生心理健康水平。

The Correlation between Social Anxiety and Peer Support among College Students: The Moderating Effect of
Interpersonal Communication skills

Abstract：This study focuses on the correlation between social anxiety and peer support among college students, and explores the moderating effect of interpersonal communication skills in this regard. Data were collected through the questionnaire survey method to measure the social anxiety level, peer support degree and interpersonal communication ability of 660 college students. Research has found that social anxiety is significantly negatively correlated with peer support, and interpersonal communication skills play a moderating role in the relationship between the two. For those with high interpersonal skills, peer support has a more significant effect on alleviating social anxiety. The research results provide a theoretical basis for mental health education in colleges and universities, which is helpful for formulating targeted intervention strategies and improving the mental health level of college students.
