This document outlines the advertising policy for all journals published under the Quest Press / MSFMP imprint. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our scholarly publications, ensuring a clear separation between editorial content and commercial advertising, and upholding the trust of our readers, authors, and the academic community.

2. Policy Guidelines

2.1. Pre-Approval of Advertisements
All advertising content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia elements, is subject to prior review and explicit written approval by the Publisher or the designated journal editorial office. Approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

2.2. Separation of Advertising and Editorial Content
The integrity of our editorial process is paramount. A strict and unambiguous separation is maintained between advertising and editorial material.

  • Advertisers, sponsors, and their agents shall have no prior knowledge of or influence over specific editorial content scheduled for publication.

  • The editorial team operates independently and shall not adjust or tailor editorial content to align with advertising placements or sponsor interests.

  • Advertisers are expressly prohibited from attempting to influence the Publisher's editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or this advertising policy.

2.3. No Implied Endorsement
The publication of an advertisement within any Quest Press / MSFMP journal does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of the advertised product, service, company, or its claims by the Publisher, the journal's editorial board, affiliated learned societies, or editorial partners.

2.4. Clear Visual Distinction
All advertisements must be clearly and prominently distinguishable from editorial content through design, layout, and explicit labeling (e.g., "Advertisement" or "Sponsored").

2.5. Independence of Content and Search

  • The Publisher's advertising sales team has neither control over nor advance access to specific editorial content prior to its publication.

  • Advertisers cannot control or influence search results generated by users on the Publisher's digital platforms. Search results are determined solely by the functionality of the search software (e.g., keyword matching, natural language processing) and user-defined criteria (e.g., sorting by date or relevance).

2.6. Indemnification
To qualify for advertising placement, the Advertiser and its agency, jointly and severally, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quest Press Limited / MSFMP, its directors, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • The content of the advertisement.

  • Any claim of defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, plagiarism, or violation of any law or regulation.

2.7. Clear Identification of Advertiser
All advertisements must clearly and conspicuously identify the advertiser through a trademark, logo, or company name.

2.8. Use of Publisher's Name or Marks
Any reference to the Publisher, its journals, products, or services in an advertiser's promotional materials, campaigns, or collateral must receive prior written approval from the Publisher.

2.9. Limitation of Liability
The Publisher shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to actual, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) resulting from the display of any advertisement.

2.10. Policy Supremacy
In the event of any conflict between the terms of an advertising order, insertion instructions (in print or digital form), and this Policy Statement, the terms of this Policy Statement shall prevail.

2.11. Payment Responsibility
The Publisher reserves the right to recover the full amount payable for any advertising from both the Advertiser and its advertising agency in the event of non-payment.

2.12. External Links
Any hyperlinks from advertisements to external websites, whether or not they incorporate the Publisher's trademarks or copyrighted material, require prior written approval from the Publisher. Unauthorized linking is strictly prohibited.

2.13. Recruitment Advertising
All recruitment advertisements must adhere to principles of non-discrimination and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Advertisements that discriminate based on gender, age, race, religion, marital status, or physical disability will not be accepted. Advertisers located outside the United States must provide written confirmation that they are equal-opportunity employers.

2.14. Compliance with Laws
Products and services advertised must comply with all relevant laws and regulations of the country or region where the advertisement is displayed.

2.15. Privacy Commitment
The Publisher will not disclose any personally identifiable information of its website visitors or email service subscribers to advertisers.

2. 政策指南

2.1. 广告预先审批

在任何Quest Press / MSFMP期刊上刊登广告,绝不构成出版商、期刊编委、附属学会或编辑合作伙伴对广告产品、服务、公司或其声明的认可、保证或担保。

2.4. 明确的视觉区分
所有广告必须通过设计、版式和明确标识(例如"广告"或"赞助"),与编辑内容清晰显著地区分开来。

2.5. 内容与搜索的独立性

  • 出版商的广告销售团队对具体编辑内容既无控制权,也无法在出版前预先获取。

  • 广告主无法控制或影响用户在出版商数字平台上生成的搜索结果。搜索结果完全由搜索软件功能(例如关键词匹配、自然语言处理)和用户自定义条件(例如按日期或相关性排序)决定。

2.6. 免责赔偿
为获得广告投放资格,广告主及其代理机构需共同并单独同意,对Quest Press Limited / MSFMP及其董事、高级职员、代理和员工进行赔偿、辩护并使其免受因以下原因引起或与之相关的任何及所有索赔、责任、损害、损失、成本和费用(包括合理的律师费):

  • 广告内容。

  • 任何诽谤、侵犯隐私、版权侵权、剽窃或违反任何法律法规的指控。

2.7. 广告主清晰标识
所有广告必须通过商标、标识或公司名称,清晰显著地标识广告主身份。

2.8. 出版商名称或标识的使用
广告主在其宣传材料、活动或资料中提及出版商、其期刊、产品或服务,必须事先获得出版商的书面批准。

2.9. 责任限制
对于因展示任何广告而导致的损害(包括但不限于实际损害、直接损害、间接损害、附带损害或后果性损害),出版商概不负责。

2.10. 政策优先性
若广告订单、刊登说明(印刷或数字形式)的条款与本政策声明发生冲突,概以本政策声明的条款为准。

2.11. 付款责任
若发生未付款情况,出版商保留向广告主及其广告代理机构追讨广告全部应付金额的权利。

2.12. 外部链接
从广告指向外部网站的任何超链接,无论是否使用了出版商的商标或受版权保护的材料,均需事先获得出版商的书面批准。严禁未经授权的链接。

2.13. 招聘广告
所有招聘广告必须遵循非歧视原则,并遵守所有适用的法律法规。基于性别、年龄、种族、宗教、婚姻状况或身体残疾的歧视性广告将不被接受。位于美国境外的广告主必须提供书面确认,证明其为提供平等就业机会的雇主。

2.14. 法律合规性
广告宣传的产品和服务必须遵守广告投放所在国家或地区的所有相关法律法规。

2.15. 隐私承诺
出版商不会向广告主披露其网站访客或电子邮件服务订阅者的任何个人身份信息。
